I changed over to Xero at the end of April 2014.
I set it up through Abacus Solutions. They did the changeover and when it was ready guided us through the program, taking time to answer any questions we had. I find their customer support to be outstanding, they have been able to help with any problems/questions I have had. There has always been someone available to help when I have called.
I would highly recommend Abacus to anyone who is considering changing over to Xero.
